The city of Corvallis owns the 2,352 acre Corvallis Forest in Rock Creek Watershed, which was originally dedicated for drinking water protection….what happened??

It’s bound to be a long slog, with residents of Corvallis pitted against their own local government. . . folks are actually FIGHTING CITY HALL.
